Molinari Salami

Italian-quality salami made by Molinari & Sons in San Francisco, California.  This salami is lightly seasoned with garlic and ground black pepper.

Note:  We ship our salami with an ice pack but it may arrive warm to the touch.  This is a factor we have accounted for and it will not effect the quality or the safety of the product.  Simply refrigerate the salami upon arrival where it will keep for 3 months unopened or three weeks once opened.
