Mostarda Vergani

Mostarda is a kind of fruit preserve made by packing candied cherries, figs, apricots and pears into a natural syrup with mustard oil. Its part of the Italian tradition of 'agrodolce' - a sweet and sour sauce. 

Its the perfect condiment for smoked or dried meats as well as cheese.
