Cosimo's Olive Oil

Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced by Cosimo Maria Masini, just outside the walls of the old town of San Miniato, west of Florence.  The property is carefully managed by the Masini family, which has a combination of very old and relatively young olive trees.  The oil is produced from hand-picked olives of the Frantoio, Moraiolo, Maurino, Leccino, and Pendolino varieties.  The property since 2003 has embraced the concept of biodynamics and is committed to the highest quality standards for the oils.  16.9 fl. oz./500 mL
