The Scrumptious Pantry's Farfalle is produced by Carlo in Tuscany using his own stone-ground whole wheat flour. Carlo grows his own organic wheat--there are only a handful of pasta makers in Italy who bother with this! The pasta is more tender than supermarket whole wheat pasta and it still good for you. The flavor has a distinct nuttiness to it, making it supurb for the most simple recipes. This is a natural pasta, in the purest sense. We fully support Carlo's efforts. 1 lb. 1.06 oz/500 g
