The coast of Campania has inspired many with its incredible heritage of food: hand-pulled mozzarella, tomatoes grown on volcanic soil, durum wheat pasta dried in the sea breeze, fresh seafood just caught in the sea, lemons picked from sun dappled trees… so we’re going to try squeeze it all into one meal accompanied by regional wines.
